P5/6 were lucky enough to take part in a cross-community project with a class from Our Lady's Girls' PS.
Each class were asked to create their own group of islands considering the flags, national anthems, national dances, rules and holidays.
Some islands that our class came up with were Nature Island, Sparks Wood, Celebrity Island, LEGO-Candy Land, Mega Island and Caribbean Bay. The groups had a great time thinking of everything needed to set up their own land.
