This morning P7 took part in a science experiment using milk, dark and white chocolate. We predicted which chocolate would melt the fastest. We also discussed the sugar and fat content in each chocolate and the class were surprised at white chocolate having the highest fat content.
We all tasted each piece of chocolate and some of each were blind folded to guess which chocolate we were tasting.
It was a wonderful lessons and finished with some marshmallows and melted chocolate as a treat.
