What a fantastic day P5 and P6 had at Mount Stewart: den building and survival skills, learning how to start a fire with flint and steel, making symmetrical patterns from nature, mindfulness sessions under the trees and building bug hotels. It really was an action packed day and we couldn't be more proud of the children as they were fantastic role models for our school. They engaged in the activities with enthusiasm and demonstrated great team work along the way. If only every day could be an outdoor learning day. Well done, P5 and P6.
