Our P5 children have been exploring the fascinating world of volcanoes—discovering where they form, how and why they erupt, and learning about the ancient city of Pompeii.
Today, the classroom turned into a mini laboratory as pupils created their own volcanic eruptions through hands-on chemical reactions. There was plenty of excitement as they experimented with different mixtures to see how to make their volcanoes even more explosive. The children showed fantastic curiosity, focus and enthusiasm throughout.
A brilliant afternoon of learning, investigating, and messy fun!
