P5 Visit The Ulster Museum
8th May 2025
Primary Five are learning all about the Ancient Egyptians. We visited the museum today for an educational talk, where the children got to handle Egyptian artefacts, dating back thousands of years. The class visited Takabuti, the mummy, on display and took a tour of the Egyptian exhibition. We also had a walk around the other exhibits on display and then had some fun in the gardens, before visiting the shop and heading back to school. We even managed to fit in some VE day craft and chocolate treats too, thanks to GVRT. What a great day, furthering the children's knowledge. They should be commended for their wonderful behaviour.
