In P4 David from REACH has been visiting our class this term. He has been doing sessions with us about resilience and showing us different coping strategies that we can use when feeling emotional. During our sessions we played games, musical instruments and went on a trip to the Belfast Activity Centre. Come and have a look at all of the activities that we did in P4.
